Yes, I used Terragen 2 (excellent program isn't it? :))
So:
The terrain was generated with GeoControl 2, then exported on Terragen 2, where i made the shaders, the position of sun, the athmosphere..i also imported in Terragen the 3D model of the trees (abies grandis) and the grass (grasspatch), downloaded from planetside.com as samples of the big collection of XFrogPlants.
Than, after render, a little bit of postwork in Photshop CS3, just for adjust the colors and add the lens reflection.

Which parts were terragen? I'm also assuming you used terragen 2.
